【英语口语比赛自我介绍】Hello everyone, my name is Li Ming. It's a great honor for me to stand here and give a self-introduction in English. I'm a student from Grade 10 at No. 1 Middle School. Today, I want to share a little bit about myself with all of you.

First of all, I love learning new things, especially languages. That's why I'm so excited to be here today. English is not only a subject I study at school, but also a way for me to connect with people from different countries. I believe that speaking English well can help me open more doors in the future.

In my free time, I enjoy reading books, listening to music, and playing basketball. Reading helps me improve my vocabulary and understanding of different cultures. Music is my favorite way to relax, and basketball keeps me active and healthy.

I also like to take part in various activities at school. For example, I joined the English club last year, where I had the chance to practice speaking with other students. It was a wonderful experience that made me more confident in using English.

Although I know there is still a long way to go before I can speak fluently, I'm determined to keep improving. I believe that with effort and practice, I can achieve my goals.
