【高一英语课前三分钟演讲】Good morning, everyone. It's my turn to give a three-minute speech today. The topic I have chosen is "The Power of Small Habits."
Have you ever noticed that some people seem to achieve great things without much effort? I believe it’s not because they are smarter or more talented, but because they have developed good habits. Small habits can lead to big changes over time.
For example, if you decide to read just ten pages a day, after a year, you will have read 3,650 pages. That’s like reading a whole book every week. Similarly, if you exercise for 15 minutes daily, you’ll be healthier and more energetic in the long run.
Many people think that success comes from big decisions or sudden opportunities. But in reality, it’s often the small, consistent actions that make the difference. Whether it's studying a little each day, helping others, or being kind to someone, these tiny efforts add up.
So, let’s start with something simple. Let’s choose one small habit and stick to it. Over time, it will become a part of our lives and help us grow in ways we never expected.
Thank you for listening. I hope my words have inspired you to think about the power of small habits.
