【假期生活的英语作文】The holiday is a special time for everyone. It not only gives us a break from the busy school life, but also allows us to relax and enjoy our free time. During this period, I usually spend my days doing things that I really like.

This summer, I had a long vacation. I decided to take a trip with my family to a nearby mountain. We went hiking, enjoyed the beautiful scenery, and breathed in the fresh air. It was a wonderful experience that made me feel relaxed and happy. In the evenings, we would sit around a campfire, tell stories, and eat delicious food together. These moments were very precious to me.

Besides traveling, I also spent some time studying. I wanted to improve my English, so I read some books and practiced speaking with my friends. I found that learning could be fun when it was done in a comfortable environment. At the same time, I also helped my parents with housework, which taught me the importance of responsibility and hard work.

In my free time, I played sports and watched movies. Playing basketball with my classmates was a great way to stay active and have fun. Watching movies helped me relax and learn about different cultures. I even tried to write a short story in English, which was a new challenge for me.
