My name is Li Ming. I am a third-grade student. Today, I want to talk about my favorite animal.

My favorite animal is the dog. Dogs are very friendly and smart. They can help people in many ways. For example, police dogs can catch bad people. Guide dogs can help blind people walk safely.

I have a pet dog at home. His name is Wang Wang. He is very cute and loves to play with me. Every day after school, I run and play with him. Sometimes he follows me to school. I think he is like my best friend.

Dogs are not only good pets, but also good friends. I love my dog very much. I hope everyone can treat animals kindly and protect them.
